Job Description:
Travel Talk is a well-established Tour Operator based in London, currently looking for a dynamic , energetic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong sales background in the travel industry to join our dynamic and fast paced team on a permanent basis in Istanbul - Turkey.All successful candidates must fulfil the following : - Plan , organize, direct and control sales staff and measure their performance against agreed objectives.
- Act as an advisor and coordinator of sales policies.
- Approve sales programs in accordance with group & brand policy and participate in setting marketing objectives.
- Achieve forecasted sales by following written plan of action.
- Participate in the development of short and long term business strategies and sales forecasts and feasibility studies for new business.
- Update Group Management of sales performance, current activities and forecasts of expected activity.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of products to ensure the provision of quality holidays.
- Develop business strategies in line with group policies and procedures to enable effective positioning of the "brand.
- Involve in customer follow up procedures.
- Supervising the proper use of the customer log by each sales person.
- Reviewing the customer log for trends that indicate where additional assistance might be needed.
- Management of Customer service issues
- To be fluent in English both written and spoken.
