Ten little fingers, ten tiny toes, the sweetest of smiles, and a cute little nose. These are just a few of the items that mommy-to-be will soon experience. ?We had the pleasure of working with a dear friend of the future mom to plan a surprise baby shower for her and friends + family. We designed out the baby shower to be uniquely different in the overall big picture. It started at the front door, guests walked into a stunning ribbon arrangement hanging from an existing chandelier with childhood books surrounding the table beneath. As guests joined the party, they were asked to sign a note in their favorite childhood book. At the end of the day, mommy got to keep the books with special notes inside each from her guests! As guests walked into the basement, it was transformed ?The Mommy Cave? the?pipe & draped basement pop in all different shades of blue to create a warm lounge for the ladies to enjoy. We wanted them to feel right at home! The pop of detail & an EVOKE favorite were the custom pillows made to match the lounge.?Occasions Caterers?out did themselves as always and perfected the menu, especially mommy-to-be to?s ?craving? bar. We did some secret investigation to see what mommy was craving and decided what could be better than to have all of those delicious items in one spot! ?That wasn?t it? guests enjoyed a beautiful cake made by?Fancy Cakes by Leslie Cake! Last but not least, were the cereal bars that were passed to guests during coffee, after all who doesn?t love cereal?
Mommy-to-be was thrilled, and is due any day!
